Sauna and ice baths

At Suda Prem Studio, it is possible to have sauna and ice baths. The studio is catered to one family at a time, with the sauna having a capacity for 4 people. If you are interested in a contrast therapy session, please contact the studio for more information. Suda Prem Studio offers an exclusive experience if you are looking for a private space to do your breathwork, ice plunge and sauna. You also have access to the instructor if you would like to have a breathwork class or want to know more about the ice or sauna.
