Learn the 3 pillars of breath, cold and mindset of the Wim Hof Method with a certified advanced instructor, Shereen Yusuff, who has been teaching this method for 8+ years. The course will take place over 4 weeks starting on June 16th, ending on July 7th, with 6 hours of instruction and a 30 minute one-on-one personal session. This course will take place online and all sessions will be recorded. It will take place every Tuesday from 7 - 8:30 pm EST.
